2004
Started Practice
CS Sudhir V. Hulyalkar commenced practice as a Practicing Company Secretary in Bangalore. The firm's work from the outset concentrated on precision, regulatory depth, and client advisory — and quickly established a reputation within Bangalore's corporate community.
2005
Expanded to Capital Markets
The practice extended to include SEBI regulations, listed company compliance, and capital market advisory, as demand for specialised listed company governance expertise grew in the period following the introduction of Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
2014
Secretarial Audit Pioneers
On the introduction of mandatory Secretarial Audit under Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013, the firm adopted the practice immediately upon its coming into force. The firm has since served as Secretarial Auditor to a number of India's most prominent listed and unlisted public companies — including United Spirits (UB Group), TATA Coffee, Britannia Subsidiaries, TD Power Systems, Adventz Group, and SIS Group companies.
